Serbian footballer Marko Grujic is off to Liverpool in the January transfer window? There has been no official confirmation yet from either of the clubs, but the midfielder has (indirectly) has confirmed the deal, on social networking site Facebook.

The highly rated Red Star Belgrade player has caught the attention of several heavy-weight Premier League clubs, like Manchester United and Chelsea, but it seems he will be on his way to Merseyside next month, after being touched by a personal phone call from the Reds manager Jurgen Klopp.

Serbian media recently reported that the Reds have agreed a deal for the 19-year-old, but the English press confirmed that although the deal is close to being done, but it is not completed yet.

Grujic has posted an article on his official Facebook page on Wednesday evening confirming a move to Liverpool. Although he didn’t say anything directly, but the two smiley faces posted by him suggest the midfielder has given his consent on signing for Liverpool.

The article in question is Serbian website Telegraf, who confirmed “Marko Grujic has agreed all terms with Liverpool and the move should soon be formalised of his transfer to Anfield. The euphoria among supporters of red has already begun due to the arrival of one of the most talented players in Europe.”
