ManUtd.com gets a facelift

Written by Ahmed Bilal. Tagged: Manchester United

Manchester United have timed the launch of their new kit with a redesign of their official website.

The new look is more “web 2.0″, and is a welcome change from the previous clunky design.

Mind you, if I put my web designer cap on it still looks a bit cluttered, and the header (with the new kit design spread on it conveniently showing the logos of the two shirt sponsors) is just ok (could be only for the new kit launch today).

All in all, a much better effort than before and for my money the site design finally matches up (some would say beats) with Arsenal.com (who have a classy look - could be just the colours though).

See the new design in action at ManUtd.com.

And in case you haven’t read yet, Manchester United just released pics of the new kit. Go take a look.
