Manchester United’s best midfielder is: Giggs, Scholes, Fletcher, Anderson or Carrick?

After a record-equaling 18 league title and a season which saw several domestic and European records tumble, Manchester United have further cemented their place in history as the most successful football team in England in the last two decades.

Indeed, 11 league titles in 17 seasons in the top-rated league in Europe is no laughing matter.

Carrick is excellent in the other team’s box, but no one passes the ball and controls the midfield like Scholes. He gets my vote.

That should be our aim a midfielder
Giggs scholes have done their jobs
    anderson fletcher are moody
and carrick needs 1/2 partners in c.m.

Fergie has got it spot on…giggs and scholes can still play a part and bring some class to the midfield. Carrick is real quality on the ball, great passing and vision. Fletcher has really come on leaps and bounds this season, he seems a lot more energetic and is actually making use of the ball where it counts, with him and Anderson doing a similar job theres always a partner for carrick.
