Well deserved win by Man U, however i would have loved to see Inter play with their full defensive line up without Marco Materazzi and Nicholas Burdisso because they definitely needed their best defence against a team like Man U also would have loved to see Ibrahimovic and Adriano play as they normally do would have made a much better match(Ibrahimovic does not always play so well in big games but look at the goals today against fiorentia amazing goals)

I think the quater finals are going to tough than the previous rounds. Yesterday’s game made Arsenel even much stronger for the next assigment, For the good of football, the English clubs should be allowed to clash against each other now in the quater finals.

I would want to know why England has more teams in the Uefa Champions league than other nations. Isn’t it that La liga is one of the best leagues in the world.

My pediction is that it will be a all English clash again in the final.

I’ll qualify this by saying that “if” situations are purely hypothetical and do nothing to change reality. Having said that, and taking note of how well Man Utd (esp. Ryan Giggs) played, let’s not classify this match as a demonstration of complete domination by the Reds. Inter had their chances and it’s fair to take note that Zlatan’s header hit the bar and Adriano’s stunning first touch strike on a Cambiasso cross beat Van der Saar and came off the post. Of course you don’t get points for hitting the wood work but it was one of those nights where luck eluded Inter. And let’s not count the numerous chances Man Utd had and how well Julio Cesar played to keep it at 2-0. Well deserved win by Man Utd and yet another demonstration in my opininon in the gulf in class between the champions of Italy and the champions of England.
