fabregas is wasted in the attacking mid role..he plays much better coming in deep and spreading the ball out….if arsenal do win the tie then they would have won it in that first half by not conceding more. but as a united fan i was pleased with the performance but a 1-0 scoreline was better for arsenal rather than united considering the chances. its gona be a hatd 2nd leg..if arsenal score early than its gona be a hell of a game… i want barca in the final if we get there!

Its gonna be a herculean task for the gunners to make thier way to the finals due missing of key players like Eduardo, Clichy , Gallas , Arshavin ( wer as Persie has got chances to make it into the team). But as Arsenal have already beaten the red devils earlier this season at the emirates, i still have hope in this team and quite confident that they will make it again..
but the only difference this time will be arsenal 2-0 manchester utd.

I also think Giggs was offside for that goal. Not an easy call but probably right. We’ve got to give the ref credit.
Anderson though definitely wasn’t, and that should in all likelihood have been a goal.

As a gooner, 1-0 is not as bad as the 5-0 hammering I was expecting; but not scoring has put us at a massive disadvantage.

If United score at the Grove (and they will), we’ll need to score three (that’s if United score just one). And I don’t see us scoring three, regardless of whether or not Rio Ferdinand is on the pitch.

Arsene messed up the team, Cesc should never have been playing in the hole behind the striker. Diaby and Adebayor are useless.

Either way, the second leg should be a cracker; may the best team win.

And well done to the ref and the players; this wasn’t a dirty match at all.

Playing United is not as easy as Arsenal thought! Arsenal is bound to face the worst of times as ManU will visit vying for a win. Remember they play as World Champions, European Champions, Engalnd Champions and Holders of Carling cup. Any team playing against ManU should stand warned. For Fagies’ boys, they either win or Arsenal losses preiod!

Arsenal are gonna win 2-1. I hate fags who call the Gunners disabled cause both teams are good. United were playing at home and could have scored more, but they did not take their chances. Arsenal’s home form this season is is good condition so I don’t see this being easy for either team.
