Manchester United: Senior Player in Stunning Dressing Room Bust Up

Share

According to Manchester United fanzine Red Issue, a major dressing room bust up occurred in the aftermath of the 3-0 defeat to Liverpool on Sunday, with an unnamed player branding beleaguered boss David Moyes ‘clueless’, and his coaching staff ‘useless’.

The currently unconfirmed reports claim that the player, who is said to be a senior player, let rip following the humiliating loss at Old Trafford on the weekend, with United’s hopes of a top four finish now all but over.

A Steven Gerrard brace and a goal from Luis Suarez condemned United to yet another defeat at home this season, and while there is no talk of unrest at boardroom level concerning Moyes’ tenure, these latest reports of severe unrest among the playing staff will be hard to take for the struggling United faithful.

They have seen their side drop off the pace at an alarming rate this season, which has prompted many to claim that Premier League title could be beyond them for many years to come, as former City defender Danny Mills told the BBC last night,

“It could be 10 years at least before they win the title again,” Mills told BBC’s Match of the Day 3,

“The whole rebuilding process is going to take three or four years at least.”

“Then you have got to think Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool will strengthen – and Tottenham and Arsenal could possibly strengthen as well.”

  2. Just speechless

  3. It was ‘the ghost of old Trafford’ Ryan giggs

  4. It was Giggs.

  5. Ferdinand, And that statement is absolutely True.

  6. I’ve read somewhere else that it’s Ryan Giggs who has had his say at Moyes,It’s bad news when senior players like Giggs are speaking out.

  7. 100% it was vidic and giggs

  8. Rumours amongst fans also moyes will be booted out shortly with giggsy standing in for him views on this peeps

  9. There is time for everything, its time for the red devils to do an inward re-evaluation of players and their commitment.moreover david moyes lacks a winning mentality and he is not suitable for club.

  10. rio ferdinand or ryan giggs

  11. Pl.sack David Moyes.Spoiled ManU reputation.
    Its mayy b vidic.

  12. It won’t have been RVP and if it was he can GTFO because he’s been woeful this year. No fight, lack of movement, not clinical, controversial but I’d get rid in the summer while we can still get money for him, he’s had his year in the limelight now he can FO. If this statement is true I think it was probably Vidic, Rio or Giggs, though I can’t imagine they’ll have used those exact words because

  13. It was bound to happen, fergie influenced officials and the team had been depleting for years with nothing being done about, it’s so nice to see all the outspoken Manc idiots walking rnd without anything to say, David Moyes is a football genius so give him the time he needs to ruin them properly, JFT96 YNWA

  14. I’d gladly take Giggs over Moyes until the end of the season.

And whoever the senior player was in the bust up, he’s spot on, and everyone who watches football knows it.

  15. It was Giggs

  16. Moyes is really clueless, bringing in Fellaini and playing Mata out of position show that he is confused and will never win anything even if he brings more world class players coz he will simply not know how to play them!

  17. Moyes has faild us plz.fergie swollow your pride and tell the. Board that u made a mistake to single point moyes as the right person for the job.I think the player is giggs or rio.

  18. When the players start rebelling it usually means they are being forced into strategies and positions they do not agree with! Although Man U need new players, they still have a very talented team! David Moyes has had plenty of time to experiment and there is no evidence of any improvement! A very positive, never give up attitude has been systematically changed to total chaos! A promise of new players in the summer will not help! It is not the players that need to change, it´s obviously the tactics & strategy, together with someone who can withhold them. United have some of the worlds finest players in the front line, even last year everyone new they needed replacements in midfield & defense! Summer signings were zero…it was obvious back then that the season was going to be a fiasco!
