Forget all the transfer news….this is HUGE. These guys have deeper pockets than evem RA and have already shown that they fully intend to spend and buy success.
I guarantee that City will join the elite in the next 2 seasons.
With Benitez buying nothing but 2nd rate players and Wenger refusing to spend the writing is on the wall.
A top 3 is just around the corner: Utd, City and Chelsea.
