Liverpool forward Luis Alberto could be heading back to La Laga, after his agent, Enrique Rosado admitted that the Spaniard encourages the possibility of joining Malaga in the summer.

The 21-year-old, who joined from Seville last summer, has had a tough campaign at Merseyside, where he only made nine appearances in the league, that too all coming on from the bench.

With Liverpool set to splash cash on marquee names this summer to bolster the squad, Alberto could drop further down the pecking orders. All he wants at the moment is regular game time and therefore a move for him away from Anfield will be good for his career only.

Estadio Deportivo reported few days back that Sevilla are also interested in their former player, but Malaga are confident of luring him.

Having only played 267 minutes last season, the player has asked Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers to let him go elsewhere. Malaga are willing to sign him on loan and it seems like Liverpool have no problem with that.

Alberto is getting ready for his wedding and doesn’t want to think about his sporting future at the moment. As it stands, Liverpool could be willing to send him on a season-long loan, as he really needs game time under his belt.
