Liverpool want Boumsong? Ha ha…
Of all the idiotic rumours you’ve heard, this one has to be near the top of the list (mind you, I would talk about West Ham’s loan bid for Adriano but that was very real and then I’d have FC crawling all over me talking about the potato on his shoulder…).
Yes, Liverpool have recently lost Jamie Carragher to a rib injury, and yes, Liverpool have been known to sign Newcastle United kick-outs / rejects in the past (Craig Bellamy anyone) with great fanfare, but something tells me that like Titus Bramble, Jean Alain Boumsong has no chance in hell of playing for Liverpool.
Of course, Rafa could shock us all, make a quick move for Bramble and leave us all laughing, but somehow I doubt it.
As for Carra? He’s a tough player, he’ll be fine. And Liverpool will do fine without Boumsong, thank you very much.

I suggest that liverpool fc can choose either 27 year-old Paul scharner from Wigan Athletic who has already said he likes to play for liverpool one day in the future or 22 year-old Per Mertesacker who is 198 cm(6ft 6 in)as tall and good as Sammy Hyypia.

Rofl another story that had me in stitches!

And I also recommend LFC to employ another youngster for the future is Newcastle united leftback defender David Edward Edgar who is very skillful and athletic and can play as leftwinger.
i agree with hassanvand, both are quality players, who would be available at a decent price, and even if the price is slightly inflated still worth the money, the other player i like the look of is mohammed Kompany
@ dave: you sure it’s not vincent kompany?
I hear this rough kid ended some other player’s career.
If Liverpool signs such players the move cannot be viewed in positive light by others.
