As a United fan I’m delighted with this result. Still, fair play to L’pool for having the spirit to score that equalizer at the end.

Is it fair to say now that Arshavin has arrived in the EPL?

Surely, that is the most impressive performance in a debut EPL season from a foreign player.

Incredible, as an arsenal fan thats the best game Iv seen all season taking into account the emotional attachment. However while I was glad with all our goals, on reflection that was very worrying. Our defence were absolutely abysmal, and Im now extremely pessemistic with regards to our chances of winning the champions league. I also can’t remember, in twelve years of being a knowledgable supporter, ever coming up against Liverpool knowing theyre a better team, because in that time they haven’t been. Tonight they showed they were. However this summer when Arsenal buy a real man in the centre of the pitch and a real man in defence that won’t be the case.
