Pedro has enjoyed a good season for the Blaugrana scoring 16 goals and grabbing 8 assists in 44 appearances, but there have been rumours in Spain that Barcelona might sell the 26 year old for the right price.

It is believed that Pedro is no longer wanted by Barcelona after the winger was surprisingly missing in the club’s promotional photograph unveiling the new home kit for the 2014-15 season.

A proven goalscorer who can play on either flanks, Pedro would ceaselessly fit into Liverpool’s flexible system which has seen the Reds playing the best attacking football in the Premier League this season.

Manager Brendan Rodgers had earlier given clear indications that he wishes to bolster his already impressive squad in the summer by bringing some of the best attack minded players from the highest echelons of European football.

With Champions League commitments and the eagerness to go a step closer to Premier League title next season, Rodgers can afford to play the Spaniard alongside Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge in what would be a frightening attack up front.
