agree italy is pretty good at this stage. but i wouldnt be 100% sure they will win. more like 60-70%.

Definately a great result. The italian team have all the talent required to win the euro. Great team, my favourite for the past 22 years . I really hope they win euro 08′.

Marco love your mCalcio blog great job mate, not sure I agree with all the enthusiasm on this recent win. Portugal had simply too many opportunities in the Azzurri box I think they beat themselves more than anything.

Hats off to Italy, best goal was not Toni’s but the Pirlo deflection.

Great result for Italy. With all those players still to come back, it’s looking pretty ominous for the rest of Europe.

Wherever you look in the Italy side there is an abundance of talent. If they can keep it together I can’t see anyone stopping them from adding the Euros to the World Crown they already have.

That was an impressive atmosphere in Zurich with the festive pro-Italian crowd. Andrea Pirlo had a great game as the midfield maestro.

Cannavaro must have read Paul Breitner’s comments about him the other day. Whenever Fabio is criticized, he seems to respond with his usual great effort at the national team level.

It will be interesting to see if Mister Donadoni brings Antonio Cassano into the side for Euro 2008. Actually, I believe that they should use two strikers at times. Especially given the array of talent at Donadoni’s disposal.
