To Nick the Yid, Come on, are u going to insist that as a Spurs fan u are not biased in any way as well?? Just so you know Arsenal had an extremely long list of injuries as well. Gilberto, Adebayor, Rosicky, Eboue(which means that both wingers are out). Let's not forget that Eduardo recently returned from an injury. And if there is one thing Spurs fans have always insisted is that Spurs have a greater depth in the team compared to arsenal and I too agree on that. Therefore the injuries that arsenal are suffering affects the team as much as the injuries to the Spurs team affect them. Are u seriously going to say that Arsenal have most of their players playing at Blackburn?

It is also ironic that while Spurs fans would call the arsenal fans thick for writing them off so many of you guys actually do the very same thing by writing arsenal off insisting that arsenal would finish in mid table. A typical case of the pot calling the kettle black.

In case you Spurs fans do not realise, Ahmed is merely writing this article to reflect his views. Just as you would
yourselves have your own opinions, Ahmed is entitled to speak his mind. If you do not agree with what he has written, simply state your argument and we shall all have a ball, diccussing it in a civilised manner. If the articles irk you that much, don't read it!!

I shall end my comment with a quote by French Philosopher François Marie Arouet:
"I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it"

Ahmed asks if Jol should be sacked after the third game.
Ahmed writes nice pros and cons as on after the third game.
Ahmed then decides Jol won't be sacked after the third game.
What do we do, simply marvel.
Ahmed please post a nice pic of one of girlfriends of Tottenham players.:-P

The fact is that if Spurs are spending money on the scale of the big 4, but the manager cannot convert it into big 4 results then he should be replaced. Simple business sense and football sense. Let's not hear about fickle or knee-jerk reaction - we are still Surs fans despite DECADES of under-achieving. I think Jol is a great guy, and not a bad manager - but that's not enough for the fans or the board.

I wish everyone would stop talking about Martin Jol getting the Dutch jo in the WC. That's a part-time job that cannot be compared to managing THFC. If Jol wants that one more than this one, he's just proven he's stupid.

If the Dutch job becomes available after Euro 2008 then Martin Jol might leave anyway. How would we feel then ?
