Well what you are trying to say here is Liverpool is a one man team. Only a couple of seasons back you people were saying Liverpool will go down the minute Stevie G is injured and now its Torres. Wll listen soccerlens or whoever you are, Liverpool after years of huffing and heaving have finally got their act together. Just because Torres is getting the vital goals for Liverpool doesnt mean there are no other match winners for the Reds. Given the chance there are leaders out there who would gladly take Torres responsibilty if he is out. Keane was doing it all those years for Spurs. Babel and Gerrard are more than capable of scoring and Benayoun is no stranger to finding the back of the net. Torres like Ronaldo or Adebayor is a vital part of his team but there are players out there who can carry the team forward till he returns from injury or even on a holiday if Benitez wants to reward him in the middle of the season like Fergie gave Schmicheal towards the end of the season in 1999. Liverpool takes the field with 11 players not 1.

What part did Torres play in the recent 2-1 victory over Man Utd? I rest my case.

Ended up it was Kuyt and Reira. What’s it going to be? Liverpool won because Wigan were 10 men? Referee biased?
