The whole game needs a revamp. In europe we need to strengthen the Uefa cup by giving the winner a CL place (Aston Villa's prioritising of the league over it was the final nail in tye coffin, and reintroduce a cup winners cup. There should also be action against diving and cheating, which has blighted the game for too long now. Next there should be a salary gap, to prevent teams from pulling away financially. There was no problem then was there? especially with an all Italian final, but as soon as English clubs dominate the CL it is "a problem which need to be addressed" I just wish someone would confront Blatter and his poodle, Platini with these facts. The guy just hates english football and he IS a CLOWN.
