Thanks for the article Subhankar.

Cruz is our best striker. Zlatan is really really good, but to me, has to score again in a big match to be considered brilliant or mega.

We don't play the best looking football, but it's still fairly decent and quite good to look at.

Do you know something we don't Ahmed?

On Serie A, Roma will soon fade away like last season. It's between us and Juventus.

In the CL, we should beat Liverpool, but I personally am very afraid of the hypocritic, diving, scumbag Gerrard diving for penalties.

Julio Cruz may be the most efficient player in the Serie A. He reminds me of the work of Marcelo Zalayeta at Juventus in years past. Guys who didn't receive a lot of minutes, but when on the pitch, they made the most of them.

With regards to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, I wouldn't agree that he was throttled by Fabio Capello during their time at Juventus. When Ibra arrived from Ajax, he used to hold on to the ball too long, and his finishing was less than desirable. Capello used to keep him after regular training and pass through balls to him. He also made him an equally proficient assist man.

That is the value of Capello. He raises players to the next level. Compare Zlatan from 2004 to 2008. He was good then, but look at him now.

Ahmed,

They were linked with Elano recently (gulp), but Moratti said it would be very difficult to make the transfer happen. Maybe they are looking for someone in that position.

I haven't seen too much of them, to be honest. Saw them against Milan on TV recently, when Cambiasso was immense and there is no doubt they have the grip on Serie A. I also think Suazo and Giminez are talented. As Hugo says, Cruz was their top scorer I think after that match and the commentators were saying he doesn't get enough credit.

As for Ibrahimovic, well as you know I am a blue but I saw him at Old Trafford in March 2007 for the U*ited v European XI and he didn't impress me too much, to be honest. There is no doubt he is the talisman for them but he needs to do it in the bigger European games to impress me. That's just my opinion, but its also true of Inter themselves. Superb in Serie A in recent times, credit to Mancini, but I think they need to do better in Europe.

Even though Milan are aging and second-rate domestically, I still have more respect for them right now because of what they achieved in 2007. It doesn't work for everything though - I suppose it's a little like United and Liverpool, where United are much the better team domestically while Liverpool tend to do better in Europe, but you always tend to have more respect for United because of what they have done in the last 10 years. Maybe if Inter have a successful decade and Milan fade away I would change my mind, but I think Milan will invest heavily this summer.

Bear in mind that Crespo has been injured for a long period, I wouldn't really cite him for a loss of form. And I do think he and Cruz will both have important roles to play in Inter's future.

Who do you guys think will be leaving Inter this January / in the coming summer, and anyone in particular that Inter are looking to buy?

As for Inter's march to another scudetto, I think Roma, Juve and Milan will start prepping for a serious challenge for next season, although a sudden collapse (or a points deduction?) could bring Juve and Roma into the picture again.
