That's the difference between a good and a poor manager. I have little sympathy for Ince. He used the media to talk himself up big time. He played the 'young English manager' not being given a chance card and, dare I say it, the race card, with no real interest in the wider issues. His only interest was self-promotion but he talked himself into a job and hasn't measured up. Very comprehensive article though and covers the subject well. The comments about Hughes say it all.
