Not worth it. Lots of incomplete & debatable data. In fact some of it comes right out of wiki pages.

Well you have to take into consideration that IMScouting is for people who work in the football industry. For them, skills are not interesting at all, as football is not a science so FM's skills are worth nothing in reality. You cannot make a mathematical comparison between players from different leagues, and no manger will ever take it seriously. The most important thing for managers or scouts is to know medical history of a player, his salary and contract and positions. The skills in IMScouting are compared to the local league, and this is far more reasonable becuase it can let you feel how good the player is. As a manager you know the level of the Hungarian league for example, so a player with 5 in acceleration must be interesting for you if you are looking for a fast player. I know that many big clubs are already working with this company, as they have full details on leagues such as Egypt, Ghana and Algeria, which no one else has.
