As one of thousands of volunteers that are involved in organising the REAL grass roots football, why do people like us never get any recognition from the FA or County FA's. They sit behind their desks being paid (as opposed to us that do it for the love of the game) to make decisions that do NOT benefit the true grass roots level and the people that are hands on day in day out do not get a say on anything. Come on the FA recognise the League organisers they have more of an idea of what is needed than playing your guessing games.

Excellent reading, Ahmed. Grassroots football is so massively important to the future of the game. More should be done. This is a step in the right direction, but I'd like to see much more.
