Brand new girl I started dating in June. Time off from soccer, so I really got to know her. I told her of my love for the game. I even coach my former high school team now. Once August was here, she really got the taste of how much into the game I was. She hated hearing about it and thought I was crazy. One Sunday after noon, Real Madrid was playing Xerez and there it was…(First off, I’m a United fan and have been for 12 years. I only get to watch the highlights online or if they come on ESPN here in the states.) the thing that got her attention was when I flipped to the game and (perfect timing) Ronaldo was going up and heading in his 2nd goal of the game. Though he left United, I still love the guy for his talent and pure skill. Once his celebrations started, she was hooked. Now she prefers La Liga over Premier League matches, but it’s a start. haha

My missus is just as passionate about football as i am and she loves Liverpool whole-heartedly. Im lucky she does as it gives so much more to have in common and match days are always great in our house.

Actually, i’m a girl (and not one of those ugly, fat and masculine ones) and i LOVE footbal since i was born.
I get the offside rule, i understand the game itself and so on and so forth.
My bf’s has been really happy about it.
