Well. I cannot say I am sorry for Spurs as a team. They lack heart. They came into this season talking all sorts of ying yang about breaking into the top 4 and yet no one did a thorough analysis of their purchases. Bentley was never a game winner at Blackburn so why expect more from him now? Pavlyuchenko was not the Berbatov of his league so why expect more now? Modric is a good player when played in the right position and with players who can read his play.

Most of the players at spurs are pre madonna's. Some of them are good individually but they lack cohesion and a common goal. That said I am an Arsenal fan and I am enjoying every second of watching you guys burn. For the past TWO seasons you have been talking out of your cracks about how you are better than us and will kick us out of the Champions League spot. Maybe now you will sit down and do a thorough analysis before just talking junk. :-)

White Hart Lane is not a place known for giving managers time to reorganise their teams. Regardless of how great Ramos is I still wonder how he let both Berbatov and Keane leave............

Frankly Ramos should be thanking his lucky stars he hasnt got the boot yet, apart from the carling cup hes done a sh*t job at spurs. but to be fair he couldnt of screwed up this bad if it wasnt with the help of Damien Comolli.

Bottom line if spurs dont win thier next 2 games, its over for Ramos

I don't think sacking Ramos would help the situation at Spurs. The morale in the squad is evidently very low and sacking Ramos would just make things at Spurs a little more uncertain which obviously might not help morale.

Gerry Spursfan - I think the reason ramos is paying so much attention to the Uefa cup is because for one, it's a competition he knows very well. He did very well in the competition with Sevilla and so he knows what's needed to perform well in it. I think he's also hoping that if Spurs can do well in the Uefa cup then they may be able to take that form back into the Premier League.

However, 2 points from 10 games is not good. Good managers have been sacked for so much less than that.

The question is, if Spurs haven't improved by January, do they sack Ramos, or give him more funds to strengthen the squad?

What really disappoints me is the fact that he seems to put the UEFA Cup before the Premiership. The last time Ledley King played a league game was against Chelsea,I bet he will play in Italy on Thursday. Ramos should have played him against Villa after the last International break and again yesterday against Stoke. The Premiership is our bread and butter but unfortunatly it would seem we have a manager who does not see it that way. That Spurs team will be lucky to get out of their group to the knock out stages of the cup and they are certainly not going to win it. He also it appears has dismissed the likes of Taarabt who has a lot of skill and ability on the ball if given a chance he might just create something for us nobody else is.

Obviously if you had your way he'd have left before he arrived. Juan point, oh what a wit! History clearly shows that managers given the chance do make out and the team along with them, Man Utd v Notts F being ferguson's last game, he won that and went on to be the most successful manager they ever had. Have you given a moments thought to it being an expensive option or, more importantly who is available and would they want to come to Tottenham at this time. It never fails to astonish me that when there is a bandwagon the amount of nitwits that jump on for the ride.
