Even though I couldn't stand Fowler, I always got a kick out of his celebration against Everton.

I would have added these:

Most Disturbing Goal Celebration that May Have Tipped Off Authorities as to the Presence of Performance Enhancing Drugs: Diego Maradona, 1994 WC. With his twisted and furious jowl growling with anger and dangerous intent, Maradona turned a goal celebration into the latest installment of the "SAW" series. Before the World Cup, Maradona had been out of shape and battling cocaine and alcohol addictions. His participation in the World Cup had been a given, but his form was far from certain. Instead, he showed up in the best shape of his life and looked like he could have run windsprints up the stands at the Rose Bowl without breaking a sweat. So maybe that was the real tip-off. However, even as a kid, I watched Maradona look like he was about to commit a hate crime after scoring his goal and I couldn't help but wonder whether he was on something.

Best Wardrobe Malfunction: Diego Forlan, Manchester United v. Southampton, November 2002. After scoring one of his (few) goals for United, Forlan took off his shirt to show off the best set of abs on the team not belonging to Cristiano Ronaldo. Unfortunately, he couldn't get his shirt back on in time for kickoff and hilarity ensued.

Most Famous American Goal Celebration Which Probably Says More About Americans Than Anything Else: Brandi Chastain, 1999 World Cup. Hey, she made the cover of just about every single American magazine. Couldn't have asked for better publicity than that.
