Apart from Lyon and Bordeaux locking horns in the Champions League quarterfinal and the former reaching the semi, their international football was just unbelievable.
In 2006, Zinedine Zidane took France to the final and the same was expected from Henry specially with Franck Ribery now having four years of experience on his back.
A scandal exploded and everything was in ruins. Furthermore, training ground and dressing room incidents was the icing on the top.
In all this ruckus, the only thing to stable was their WAGs. Even for Ribery, things seem normal on the outside.
