Picts are Scottish, not Welsh. The Welsh are the very light-skinned descendants of the Ancient Britons. A lot of dark folks in Britain and Ireland are the descendants of the hundreds of Spaniards who washed ashore after the sinking of the Spanish Armada. I would hazard a guess that that incendiary bit of fit Welsh stuff, Katherine Zeta-Jones, has some Spaniard/Berber in her DNA! Lucky Spurs says he'll toss your salad if you go to his blog.
