    There are all sorts of rising starts in France. I mean ManUre just signed Obertan and I've watched this guy play in Ligue 1 and the under 21 national squad and he is a great footballer! BUT! My pick is Hatem Ben Arfa. This guy is spectacular! His vision,his fininshing are getting better and better each year! I hope I'm wrong but I belive he'll be popping up on the Elite clubs radars soon enough.
