Fabianski is better than almunia & reina. Managers never get things 100% right thats why ferguson played neville against arsenal, thought that bringing off anderson who was dominating fabregas and replacing him with giggs was a good idea & despite his countless mistakes still has VDS as uniteds 1st choice keeper.

Man I hate it when people try and think they know more than managers. You really have no idea what they think and they know what they are doing. Wenger, SAF, Scolari, Benitez, some of the best managers of the last 5-10 years and you think you now better than them. Sometimes it's a mistake but if they do it it's for a reason and that is why they are manager of those teams and win titles. Fabianski isn't as good at them, at all. Maybe in 3 or 4 years when he's got more experience but NOW in the PRESENT not at all. I think you saw the game Ars vs Wig and just cause Fabianski had a good game you let yourself influence and think he's brilliant. Granted, he's good otherwise he wouldn't be playing with Arsenal, but not as good.

Diego Cavalieri is better, but wonder why Rafa didnt play him against Spurs. I mean u see Diego is most of the time on the bench in matches, then y not play him in the League Cup?
Have yet to see much of the Reds 2nd choice keeper.

thats like asking Ross Turnbull to play England. So Pool's defender's are so good that they make lousy Reina look good? Hmmm ... discounting full backs, Carra, Skrtel, Agger, Hyypia ... Carra i might still consider above average ... cant say about the rest ... can extent the defending to Macherano or Gerrard or else i might have to add the whole team in.

almunia did make a very good save tonight.but he isnt much of a dominant keeper in the box.saying that,reina isnt either but i think reina is a better shot stopper

Riena positioning sometimes can be poor, but most of the time his positioning is alright. Almunia can be caught out often as the defence infront of him isnt at their best hence called upon often to make saves, ala Friedel.

therefore since almunia gets called into action more often than reina and hence makes more saves makes him a better gk than reina. simple as that. and the kind of save he made tonight, is pretty much what he has to do week in week out. that makes him a better goalie than reina.
