Gareth Barry & Stuart Taylor have both gone to Man City, and Laursen has retired.
I would look at: Sol Campbell (pompey) on a free Stephen Warnock (blackburn) in a cash plus Shorey deal, Steven Taylor (newcastle) 5m, Nedum Onuoha (man city) 4m at the back. In goal, I would get Roy Carroll (derby co) as cover.
In the midfield, I would give sidwell, gardner & reo-coker the chances they deserve, but also get Gary O'Neil (middlesbro) 4m & Tom Huddlestone (spurs) 5m. I would lose Salifou & loan out Osbourne. Fabian Delph (leeds) 8m would be a great signing but i don't think we'll get him
Up Front, I would let Delfouneso go out on loan, preferably to someone like coventry or walsall, so he doesn't get homesick. I would then look at one of Obafemi Martins (newcastle) 5m, Eidur Gudjohnsen (barcelona) 5m or Vedad Ibisevic (hoffenheim) 7m as well as Tuncay (middlesbrough) 2m plus Marlon Harewood
