He was the best striker AC Milan had in years, only Shevchenko coming close to him. I just hope Pato would become something similar.

the thing about pippo is that he did nothing other then score sitters, he's not a very good athlete in the matter, can't make a goal from 20+ yds out. Still a very good goal poacher, reminds me of Romario, Ecept Romario could shoot from outside, and wasn't caught offside as much

I'm old. I would compare Pippo to Jimmy Greaves. Tap-ins aren't hard, to be sure, but you're not going to be there goal-hanging, without a certain kind of anticipatory vision thing going on.
