hasnt he already given a press conference in almost perfect english?its what ive heard anyway.so thats the language problem out the window
i think his style wont go down well.its too defensive,too italian

It all depends on his relationship with JT and Lampard early on, if he gets them onside while he copes with the language barrier, he will have the support of the dressign room, but if he doesn't he will be an unqualified disaster.

Initial respect is one thing, but he needs to hold the team together unlike the former world cup winner, who commanded the respect early on, but you could see it on JT and Lamps' faces that they were exasperated at letting in stupid goals because Scolari didn't play men on the post, that and Drogba wanting out. Respect is one thing, but he needs the key players on his side
