Ease him into the team. These sub appearances are vital. Though I must say, I cant wait to see him and Welbeck possibly playing together at Old Trafford, once again.

YES! Both are the right built for strikers. Welbeck is very very strong for a teenager. Fast, agile and brilliant finishing ability about which you'll know if you watch the reserves. Macheda's physique is just fantastic. He's got great feet, like we saw today, great eye for goal, a goal poacher and a great finisher.

I have to apologize for lashing into you when you prodigized Macheda. Having seen him today, I have to admit that he was class.
As for giving him more first team time. Sure, in games where we are winning or in the FA Cup if we want to rest Rooney and co, I think he is a great youngster. Hope he will make it.

well azz,you got your wish.himself and welbeck should be slowly integrated,welbeck still isnt developed enough for regular prem football i believe.those 2 could prove to be great help in years to come

Ferguson has the kind of headache a manager like Gareth Southgate would love to have. Does he really need to invest in a new striker? Now that Tevez has lowered his wage demands: Isn't it great to have two strikers like Wazza and Carlitos who WANT to play for the club? Now that Macheda and Wellbeck are almost ready, surely you can think about easing them in gently. And, once again, before Berbatov totally loses his value, let's flog him ASAP! Yes, Ahmed, Macheda's footwork is fantastic. Maybe he can give Berbs a boot up his laconic arse?

Berbatov doesn't give a shit. He picks up his paycheck and wanders laconically all over the shop. When it's both him AND Ronnie not tracking back, it leads to Tevez and Rooney haven't to run even more. I say Machada as an early sub.

Well, no actually. I think what Fergi is doing is deadly, resting Machada until there is 15 minuted left then Mahceda goes at it as hard as he can and scores. But I would say Macheda deserves it.

Berbatov is amazing, he is a born and raised playmaker. Have you seen his passing, ball controland finishing. I love it! Amazing to watch.
