Although there were rumours that itself indeed was just a rumour, with previous attempts to buy Liverpool have failed by DIC and others, it's now certain that a Saudi prince is set to invest in the club.

He says the only thing thats keeping it from progressing is whether to invest 25% or 50% - im hoping 100%!

Latest news is that it's either Gillet or Hicks to sell their stake in the club. Looks like it's going to be Gillet, but "His Majesty" will not invest until Gillet has settled the debts.

Doesn't matter a damn who owns Liverpool as long as Benitez is the manager

Liverpool F.C. first, then the Windsors. D'you they might buy Kirkby and Toxteth, too?

I STILL MISS NOBBY & BOBBY!!!

This can only be good news if he signs 100%. Joint partnerships dont work and hopefully Liverpool will learn from their previous mistakes.
However, in saying that, getting rid of one of the Americans is a step forward!
