Manchester United winger and every Englishman’s favourite, (cough cough) Cristiano Ronaldo has written off his brand new Ferrari in a tunnel near by Manchester airport. The Portuguese International smashed into a wall after a high speed collision with on looking team mate Edwin Van Der Saar not too far behind in his Mercedes……I wonder what they could have been doing then??
………it’s got to have a million and one jokes attached to it for all those who dislike him!! Join me please!
The unfortunate scenario is not of the written off vehicle but the fact the driver, our friend Mr Ronaldo walked out of the wreckage without a scratch on him! Not even I bruise I beg you!?
The fortunate scenario is that as deeply cut Englishman from when Ronaldo stitched us up back in Euro 2004 we now have a perfect opportunity to think up witty, hurtful and demeaning jokes that can be shared with the world!
I’ll start you off with my top five – please add yours and let’s revenge our pain or at least express our wit!! I am quite proud of joke 4!
(1) Apparently he drove straight into the wall... much like the majority of his free kicks this season. (Wacka, wacka, wacka!)
(2) A witness has stated that he climbed out of the car and promptly rolled around on the floor for several minutes holding his leg until a policeman arrived. At this point he jumped and waved an imaginary card at the policeman clearly indicating that the wall should be given a yellow card.
(3) When questioned on his speed Ronaldo just turned to Rooney and shrugged, "it was all over in the 'wink' of an eye?”
(4) Its not the first time he's had an Italian between his legs and a Dutchman coming up from the rear. He got too excited too soon.
(5) There is loads of cutting edge technology employed to help master its 612bhp but it still needs some sort of brain to drive it (which was obviously missing) and not send the whole thing crashing on the first corner.
