Well Insua,Plessi El Zar all been given chance before. Only Insua look ready for the step up. I want to see Nemeth given a try on the first team chance

I agree with Luckyspurs on the fact El Zhar is pantz. Lucas should go and play for United Arsenal or Chelsea and give Spearing and Pleisis more chances

???? The idea was that Lucas is shite and would handycap the receiving team whilst generating money for Liverpool - win:win ;)

Give Lucas one more year. He himself has admitted he hasn't been as good as he can be. Towards the end of the last season he started performing better. He has finally got the physical presence needed to perform in the English game

    X, Mineiro has been released.

Yeah, Lucas should be given another year. He had a few decent games too with his new haircut (lol). He is very different from normal centre mids. It will take time for Benitez to work out how to use him and get the best outta him.

I'm really excited for the first-team breakthrough of Pachecho and more particularly Nemeth...he plays such skilled football for the reserves. reminds me of ibrahimovic

Problem is where are the Gerrard's, Owen's, Fowler's etc. Not since Neil Mellor have I heard of any national team suitors breaking through, and he made no real impact at Pool

Rafa has decided on complete revamp of the youth system. Agreed that not many young players have come through the ranks.
But Rafa is making a difference with the return of King Kenny - smart move!
The Boot Room is still very much alive. Dalglish will bring these 5 qualities to Liverpool.

Liverpool will never win the Premier League as long as Benitez is incharge. He has no brains..end of.

Strong words Ahmed- Can't call this season at the moment with the fact that United are now weakened and Liverpool and Chelsea are about the same, it is a three horse race possibly four with Arsenal but their squad isn't strong enough most likely.

arsenal are slowly geting better with ech season but they will need signings this summer to challenge next season. as for pools youth. maybe the carling cup would be better. given the fact that there is more pressure every year for liverpool to win the prem, i think rafa should just stick to his best 11 and play them consistently.

I think Liverpool should change their motto from "You'll Never Walk Alone" to "There's Always Next Year". Benitez always worries about playing his talented kids at crunch games. I know he shouldnt but their experience should be enough that they are capable of handling a start in a one-sided match (like home to Burnley). SAF is brilliant at that. Look at how he eased Rafael into the first team picture. And to think the kid hadnt played football for 18months...he was a revelation!!
