It's my birthday in 1 month and I don't know which one to buy. I've had all Fifa's since 2006 and I really like it but lately I've been hearing a lot of people say PES/WE is much better, but I only hear people say it's better but not really why it's better.

Please tell me actual things and pros and cons of the games and please help me decide which one to get  It'd really be a big help. (I'm talking PS3 btw) THANKS!

in the previous post look at the links i posted then you know which  fficial game you should get.

    Fifa: Official
You have ps3 then its obvious. Over 40% fifa owners play online, so you always have company. Manager mode kicks ass. Also there is way different game modes. Did you look at this years PE, no competition. I have both by the way.

EA UNVEILS NEW ADIDAS LIVE SEASON FOR FIFA SOCCER 09 THAT WILL DYNAMICALLY UPDATE PLAYER ATTRIBUTES IN-GAME
    2008-08-20
EA Secures Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Spanish La Liga BBVA; FIFA 09 Demo Available World Wide on Sept. 11 REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – August 20, 2008 – Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) today announced a new premium service for EA SPORTS™ FIFA Soccer 09 called adidas Live Season that will redefine the soccer videogame experience by dynamically updating player form in-game on a weekly basis so that player attributes mirror real-world performances. FIFA Soccer 09 will now feel and play differently throughout the entire 2008-2009 season matching the weekly rhythm of soccer. The new service will be available for Barclay’s Premier League, La Liga BBVA, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A and Mexican Primera Division on the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system, the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system and PC.

FIFA Soccer 09 is now powered with dynamic real-world data and analytics, lifting the game to new heights of authenticity for soccer fans and gamers connected online. The adidas Live Season service is based on how real players performed in the most recent real-world matches. Gameplay will change dynamically as the performance of players and soccer teams in the real world experience the highs and lows during their campaigns.

“This is an ambitious and completely unique feature that has never been attempted before for football videogames,” said Andrew Wilson, Vice President & Executive Producer for the franchise. “The game will feel and play differently each week. With adidas Live Season if Ronaldinho has a great match on the weekend you’ll feel the difference when you pick up the controller as his in-game attributes increase.”

A global network of scouts will monitor every player in the adidas Live Season leagues throughout the season to supply accurate and in-depth player and team data each week. Player attributes will be impacted and player performance will change dynamically. The adidas Live Season service is downloaded into FIFA Soccer 09 each week and will run from the launch of the game to the end of the 2008-2009 season. Gamers will have access to one league of their choice for a free trial from the moment they activate it to the end of the 2008-2009 season.

Today, EA also announced it has secured an exclusive licensing agreement with the Spanish Liga BBVA and Adelante. The exclusive partnership with the Spanish La Liga grants EA SPORTS sole rights to include every Spanish La Liga club and enables the EA SPORTS FIFA franchise to deliver the most realistic and up-to-date game with current kits, squads and player likenesses.

"La Liga is widely regarded as one of the most exciting leagues in the world and we’re delighted to have been able to secure this deal," said Romain Rossi, Marketing Director, EA SPORTS. "The FIFA franchise has always delivered the most authentic game experience and this relationship will enable us to maintain the high standards fans have come to expect from EA SPORTS."

A FIFA Soccer 09 demo will be available for download on September 11 worldwide on the PLAYSTATION®Network and Xbox LIVE™.

This year FIFA Soccer 09 delivers unique, platform specific experiences that takes advantage of the hardware specifications of each available platform— the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii™, PC, PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, Nintendo DS™, PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system and mobile.

To learn more about FIFA Soccer 09 visit http://www.FIFA09.ea.com.

Developed in Burnaby, B.C., by EA Canada, FIFA Soccer 09 is localized in 18 languages and sold in 37 countries–-it is the most popular franchise globally for EA SPORTS. FIFA Soccer 09 is not yet rated by the ESRB and is rated 3+ by PEGI. It will be available in stores world wide in October.

Pro Evo feels better when your playing a match but Fifa has better features. I'd say Pro evo is better when you have your friends around and you play some soccer. if you sitting at home and wanna enjoy a story line along with your manager mode then fifa is alot better. i'd say weigh up the value of they way the ball bounces and the distance you can take ur shots from against the different modes you can play with fifa.

I've never played football manager. How is it? But there you can't play can you? Because if about managing it is, I'm on my 3rd OFM season. :D

Frank - OFM is NOTHING compared to FM, and yes, it's about managing only.

Bilal one question... is FM realistic? I mean like with results and everything? Because I hate sometimes in Fifa it's like some team like West Ham or Reading end in the top 4! And please tell me like moer details of the game... it sounds interesting, cause I like OFM and if that is nothing?! cool! lol

well i have FM2008 and in my first season liverpool were fighting religation and portsmouth finished 3rd. also Yukubu finished like 10 goals ahead of anyone else.. was extemely odd... but its pretty realistic.. its quite hard to sign a player tho.

it can be realistic, usually is but there are times when it is very unrealistic like i beat chelsea in the community shield without a full strength team 8-1

yeah, i put eboue up for sale and he was taken by roma pretty quickly. i signed quaresma pretty easily then in his second season scored a bunch of goals and got offered triple what i paid for him from real. so i've gotten a few offers from abroad.. in fifa i put rosiky up for sale and the only team who offered a bid was spurs. never get many offeres from abroad in fifa. most of the offers i recieve are from liverpool

yeah, in FIFA 07, just a couple of days ago, I had Tevez, Huntelaar, Robben, McEveley up for sale and I was forced to sell the first three to Arsenal and McEveley to Liverpool, damn u only get offers from Arsenal and Pool (only Pool if ur playing with Arsenal)...AND I ALSO HATE IT WHEN SOME BIG MONEY MOVE OCCURS SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE TRANSFER MARKET AND THE GUY WHO'S INVOLVED IS RIDICULOUSLY GIVEN THE NO.2 JERSEY !!! WHY IN THE WORLD IS THAT ???
