7 games are done. Nothing very surprising, except Wigan's victory. And I'm also surprised Chelsea didn't beat the heck out of Hull.

yea, Wigan was a shocker at Villa Park. well I will give them 5-10 games to prove their worth, likewise for Villa, I have hopes for them and a simple home game is just lost like that.

great Arsenal is leading by 1 goal - Denilson. i should be hitting the sack.

It wasn't so much that, just that Everton were horrendously terrible.

Anyone here think it was partly because of Lescott ? He really is unsettled from all the ManShitty and Moyes business...

Wigan is the biggest surprise, nice goal from Rodallega... Chelsea's inability to score was just shocking but lovely goals from Drogba... Man City did the job even after Blackburn's threats... & i knew Arsenal would win but i didnt think they would thrash Everton like that, i really expected more from David Moyes men... cant wait for Tomorrow's matches

cummon mate give the devil his due... There was some poor defending from Everton, mainly goal 2 & 3 but the gunners just outclassed them from top to bottom, and for a change we where clinical in the last 3rd

Didier already scored the best goals

Rodallega's goal was BY FAR the better. Drogba has even admitted his intention was to cross...but the moron still took his shirt off in celebration. Rodallega's goal was similar to Torres' last season vs Blackburn although this one was a bit more far out and in my opinion..better!

guys Everton was thrashed in their own backyard. Both centre-backs(1 is on a debut, the other is a whiner) got their goals. What if Walcott, Rosicky, Nasri were all playing?

I dont think that should be the question. It should be "why was Everton playing so badly??" because we all know they are capable of a much better performance than that.

It seems Eurosport 2 is going to broadcast Man Utd's game after all. Oups.
Anyway, I really hope we score as much as Arsenal did yesterday.

haha ofcourse people will say everton played badly but there's no way you gonna look good when a better team is making you look bad... no team that loses 6-1 can say they were the better team. ofcourse it appears they played badly but its because arsenal had 4 shot on target in the 1st half and 3 were goals... so is a 75% shot to goal ratio in your 1st 45 min of competitive football bad defending or great finishing??

"The pressure isn't being first... its being second and third chasing me!!!"

One would've thought Utd's problems would've all been at the other end of the field considering the injruies sustained already, but a win is still a win!

Ricardox, what's so brilliant about scoring from set-pieces ? The Vermaelen and Gallas goals were down to shocking marking from Everton. Of course, mate, all credit to Arsenal, they deserved to win and I dont even think the scoreline was flattering to them. I'm a big fan of Arsenal's passing play...especially when Fabregas gets two goals and two assists and he's my captain in Fantasy League (SkySports).....

Them Spursies fielded a very decent bunch of tough customers in midfield against the Liversausages today. Lucas Leyva is no Alonso: That's for sure!

ahmedshah, im not saying that all uor goals were down to brilliant play. the 2 headers were shocking defending.. guess thats a advantage of having short centre halfs noone pays attention to them or something cause both of them were all alone with noone close but fabregas 1st goal was good movement, denilson came from a good move by nick bendtner (suprise) but how much space could the allow cesc in the defence... but good game..

the liverpool game was pretty bad... lucas has no authority in the midfield.. and did anyone notice how thin their team seems?? like skirtl went off and the had to put a youngster to cover in the centre of defence...
