Ahmed...now you are talking shit. Don't try to be ignorant. My comment is not lame. If you cannot recognize sarcasm that is your fault. I made the comment in relation to the allegation that you all do not need a right back.

Clearly you do. You defense has already conceded 10 goals and we have not turned 2009. That is unlike Manchester and moreso not inkeeping with a team challenging for a Prem title.

Wes Brown is good, but not a Gary Neville in his prime. He had a good season last season and it is ok for Fergie to take a gamble on him again but not without potent backup or capable options.

Gary Neville's age is upon him, so he's shouldn't be a first option especially as Utd have the Champion's League with all manners of tricky and speedy wingers to face.

And Rafael is good but undeniably is young. Fergie isn't Wenger to place his heart and soul in youths, he'll blood them but really can you see him playing Rafael in a Champions League second leg semifinal away to a team like Barca?

As such you all need a right back.

My comment was made in sarcastic fashion to illustrate how badly you all need one...10 goals already? Unlike Utd...you know that, including 3 from Hull.

So if you were maybe just trying to insult me that was uncalled for. If the purpose was to create a laugh in the forum, there is a thread called Football jokes....see there.

You don't win a silver medal, you lose the gold!

What the fuck are you talking about Shah...where was I being sarcastic here?

I told him I have to think about it before I give my team. Unlike most others here I think before I talk.

So I need some time...Can you even recognize what sarcasm is? English classes needed for you as well.

And if my reasoning was flawed 4 posts up then show me...but right now you're way off base. We are trying to argue whether or not you need a right back...quite simple.

There was no sarcasm in any of my last two posts.

true true....you don't need a right back....i stand corrected. Rafel and Brown and Neville are More than enough....the best of Europe in fact....

i agree...i think Wes brown should be starting for England.....i feel Cech and Ashley Cole and Bosingwa should be shot...damn they let in 4 goals....i wish we had that Manutd backline that's already took 10!!!

they're the best in the world...damn hull could only score 3 on them! what a world class backline!!

Certainly not sarcastic, I think, Rhian !!!

Because he is the commanding presence in the Box game in game out.....not a shot stopper but fantastic on crosses and in as much as my team does not have wing play i know it is where i will be attacked from the most....i will need a keeper with no fear.

notice i'm playing an old fashioned diamond in the back with a sweeper....not a defensive line.

Peter Schmeichel is most commanding keeper i have ever seen. sadly i saw that in the last few seasons of him at United.

no he was a shot-stopper and penalty specialist.....i'm talking about the kind of guy that will take you out in the box if he has to...not to damage you but he's unafraid of clashes....that's Chilavert.

I would only argue over your goalkeeper and putting Armando Diego in midfield. I would put Lev Yashin or Gordon Banks in goal, play Maradona with Romario up front and put Bobby Charlton in midfield next to Zidane because he was a perfect in/out/winger/attacking midfielder.Eusebio and Best on the bench instead of Valderama and Laudrap. Otherwise, not bad for your age group, Rhian!

Thanks! but outside of Beckenbauer...I tried to go with players I've actually seen play the game.

I only chose Franz because of the system I wanted to play and hands down he was the best sweeper ever.

I agree, you young big-headed whippersnapper, but, behind him, Nobby Stiles.
