Messi, Ronaldo, Faby, Torres, Villa, Eto'o, Ricardo Quaresma LOL?

Feel free to throw other *lesser* names in the mix

Any chance Adebayor's moving? wasn't he agitating for a move to La Liga? I've been impressed by him of late

Ibra's Abracadabra will help Barca win their second Treble, and Eto'o will revitalize Inter Milan!!

We may not like Ronaldo's silly posturing but he is still the best player in Utd...who can Utd possibly get to replace him? they need a big name...or two or more players to replace him

If Ronaldo goes I think Fergie will try for Ribery. Possibly use half the cash recieved for Ronaldo to get him and spend the rest on one or two rising stars or 'lesser' players.

Hello, 911? It's Quagmire. Yeah, it's caught in the window this time.

he is gone if atletico dont qualify for the CL,its official.himself and maxi will be up for sale because atletico have big debts and cant afford to keep them without the CL money.still the 60m price tag for aguero though

I would die of excitement if United signed Maxi Rodriguez and Aguero. They are my 2 favourite players not on United. I've liked Maxi since the WC in 2002. Aguero is the closest thing to Messi without buying the real thing-with added aerial ability and probably more suited to the English league

If Arsenal bollix it all up again, I can't see Fabregas and Adebayor waiting around like Veiera and Henry did. I'm so bored and fatigued by Ronaldo endless coy posturing, I just hope it gets settled early and doesn't drag into August. Will Real be able to afford Ronnie, Kaka, Tevez AND Villa. Can anyone afford Villa and Silva? I like Kun, but I can't see anyone but Inter paying above the odds for a 5'7" striker.

I STILL MISS NOBBY & BOBBY!!!

I totally agree with duffman90. Also, maybe even Joaquin would be a good investment.

quaresma would be a good addition to real if they can use him correctly, ronaldo has to leave, he needs a new challenge he's only 23 and won everything already, Real would be the only club for him

Queresma is known to fail at big teams Barca, Chelsea & Inter. He ain't better than Robben, Van Der Vaart or Marcello & if Ronaldo leaves it will prolly be to Madrid & Queresma ain't better than him. BTW Ronaldo is 24 & he's never won the treble with United so he's not won everything. Besides Barca are far superior to Real so what would he get out of this "new challenge"?

Guys. Correction. Ronaldo is not the best player or the most valuable player for MU. We can see how lazy n weak CR is. Rooney is MU's best player n MVP. Hardworking n great allrounder player. So MU dont mind to sell CR to Real n CR will find how difficult to play for Real. Less support from teammates, very weak defensively, not a phisically tough team compared to MU. MU can find other wingers; tevez confirmed to stay, MU dont need any new forward. I think Nani is ready to start. Maxi Rodriguez is too old for MU (28yr).

if ronaldo goes man u will suffer a massive blow.
By the way, david villa is the best striker in the world he is waaaaay better than aguero at everything. I think a partener ship between him and torres would make liverpool unstoppable.
If torres and gerrard can stay fit + rafa signs a great forward then i am willing to bet liverpool are winning the next EPL... if Ronaldo got sold... then i am definitely sure united wont win the league.

ignoring the fact that villa wont go to england, its not as if liverpool could actually afford him if he would go.his wages would be high and liverpool dont have 40m to spend on 1 player

as for ronaldo leaving being a big blow,i doubt it.he really isnt as vital as people make him out to be.i think rooney has proved that he is the main man

@Duff Ronaldo is the top scorer in the EPL it would be a big blow...it's all about if Nani steps up to the plate if he goes!

Nani will probably be sold if he copies Ronaldo's arrogance off the field, as he copies everything else about ronaldo...kit number, haircut, step-overs, Tape on his socks, boots.......

But Ronaldo copied Figo for his kit number & David Villa was puttin tape round his socks b4 Ronaldo...besides most of the skillful players tape their socks now Torres, Benzema, Aguero, Rooney, Anderson, David Silva, Fabregas

ruud was banging in the goals too,but we got over it.if someone that scores the majority of goals leaves, then the rest of the team steps up and start sharing out the goals.we would be fine.rooney would probably start scoring more too

Sure, it will be a big blow, and I would expect difficulties in adjusting the team to suit Berbatov's languid style. Even those who are still Ronaldo's fans must recognize that the time has come. We all suffer from prima donna fatigue! Losing Tevez and his relentless work ethic will hurt even more. Bringing in Valencia and Ljajic (January) will help compensate in the long run, along with the return of the eclectic Hargreaves. As Nani just doesn't seem capable of adjusting to Evra's runs from behind him (and Fabio's style is similar), I expect him to be gone, too. What kind of fourth striker Ferguson wants to go with Berbatov, Rooney and Macheda is impossible. If Et'o'o, Villa, Ibrahimovic and Tevez are out there in the market, it will also have a knock-on affect in the whereabouts of Benzema, Agüero, Rossi, Moreno, Lavezzi, Lopez, Suarez, Huntelaar, etc. For me, the main worry is the deficiency in midfield Liverpool showed us. Anderson, Fletcher and Carrick may get the job done against most teams, but United still desperately need a hard post-to-post midfield man like Javí Martinez, Miguel Veloso or Axel Witsel.

if i were to guess the most accurate big name signing most likely in the summer that would be Franck Ribery. Bayern Munich recently sacked Jurgen Klinsmann and Bayern is in a disastrous league position following a string of defeats. That will only reduce the chances of Bayern qualifying for the Champions League next season. Ribery has made it clear he will leave should they fail to qualify. And i'm guessing Ribery will move to Real Madrid or Barcelona. Not to Man Utd. They won't sell Ronaldo.

Im gonna predict a few moves:
#1 "Ribery" He was only staying with bayern because he enjoyed working under klinsman. All the top clubs in europe want him. Its inevitable
#2 "Eto'o" many clubs want him and barca want to replace him with adebayor who also wants to move.
#3 Possibility(dont take this as a definate)Yaya to join his brother kolo at Arsenal?

No way! Arsenal won't lay out the kind of dosh Barca will want for Yaya. The Univision guys think Adebayor is headed to A.C. Milan. Eto'o and Robinho, soon to be seen throwing their crap-filled nappies at each other!
