Van Der saar:- the tallest player in the prem has stood tall over the united goal this season...been outstanding on the rare occasions he has been called into action
Johnson:- i know this will be controversial but this season has not been that good for right backs of the prem..with no single outstanding individual standind out...and johnson for me has been the most consistent...very gud going forward and solid at the back
Dunn:- hes put in sterling displays in defence all season. the man city captain has eld from the front and his preformance has been outstanding.ferdinand vidic and co would have ideally made it but i just think that dunn deserves it more this time. unfortunately ferdinand n vidic havn't really had to defend as much as dunn has had 2...so its dunn who has shone thru
Laursen:- a solid rock in defence.aston villa's best and most consisten preformer all season. I choose him over vidic and co for the same reason
Evra:- Has shown this season that he is world class...wether it is defending or attacking. he always seems to make the runs and is found more in oponents penalty boxes than in ours...and yet he always seems to be back for the vital challenge. he and abidal are probably the best full backs in the world right now. pity they'r in the same country
Ronaldo:- need i say anything
Fabregas:- his form may have dipped as the season progressed but this season he really has come off age....has shown himself to be a class act...got the crucial goals and the crucial passes
Gerrard:- mr.liverpool has shown that liverpool are nothing without him yet again...he has been excellent and without his patnership with torres liverpool would probably not even finish fourth
arteta:- dissapointing in the last month or so but magical the season throughout. interest from valencia and a 25million+ price tag is a testament to his quality
Torres:- his 1st season. 28 goals from around 34 starts.. goals came from everywhere...breathtaking long range strikes...clinical finishes...powerful headers...undoubtedly the revelation of the season
Adebayor:-its not just his goals that have stood out...hes overall shown himself to be a pretty complete footballer who is able to cross...and linkup play as well.. well deserved
robert green:- why england continue to ignore him is beyond me. has been the most consistent keeper other than van der saar by far. it was a huge battle between him and david james for his place in my time
Bentley;-best player for blackburn...has been awesome all season. scored some wonderful goals. everything blackburn do seems to start from him
Flamini:- perhaps one of the most complete midfield players around. can attack..can defend...has really come off age this season as well
Rooney:-his goals might not have come but his contribution to the game has been excellent.infact i woulod patnered him for torres had it not been for his slight injury blemishes
Ferdinand:- another strong season...has shown that he is worth the 120 grand per week
Joe Cole:- for me..chelsea's best player of the season. always looking to attack and always seems to make things happen
Micah Richards:-may have ended gary neville's english career. his pace and skill made him and dunn as one of the most soild defensive patnership in the prem. would have been chosen over johnson had he not been injured.
so what do you guys think??
