anderson for man u?
andy reid?god no,hes done f all except get just as fat as last season.dont get me wrong,i think hes a good player, and id love to see him start for the republic, but he hasnt improved at all
Insua for Pool?

Bendtner (Arsenal)
Laursen (Villa)
Emerton (Blackburn)
Taylor Mat. (Bolton)
Essien (Chelsea)
Pienaar (Everton)
Hangeland (Fulham)
Turner (Hull)
Insua (Liverpool)
Ireland (Man City)
Fletcher (Man Utd)

Johnson G. (Portsmouth)
Shawcross (Stoke)
Reid A. (Sunderland)
Assou-Ekotto (Tottenham)
Brunt (West Brom)
Collison (West Ham)
Bramble (Wigan)
Bendtner is still Arsenal's worst player no matter how much he improves. Laursen is Villa's BEST and he missed almost the whole season, how can you judge him ? I'll say Ivanovic for Chelsea, wont comment on Essien coz that is riddiculus. Doesnt improve here mean person who was bad the previous season and has exceeded expectations this season ??? How can Ireland be City's most 'improved' player ? I'll give it to Caicedo. Bates for Boro. Collison or C.Cole for the Hammers, yeah.
Ahmed Shah i think improved means someone who preformed better this season than the last
1)Arsenal-Almunia
2)Aston Villa-Ashley Young/Milner/Petrov
3)Blackburn-Warnock
4)Bolton-Gary Cahill
5)Chelsea-Anelka(It has to be that)
6)Everton-Jagielka(shame on you)
7)Fulham-Danny Murphy
8)Hull-Turner
9)Liverpool-Kuyt
10)Manchester City-Ireland (dude who else can it be,he has 'improved',i.e,preformed better)
11)United-Fletcher
12)Boro-Wheater
13)Newcastle-Ryan Taylor
14)Portsmouth-Can't think of a single person who did better this season than his last.
15)Stoke-Beattie
16)Sunderland-Malbranque
17)Tottenham-Lennon
18)West Brom-Brunt
19)West Ham-C.cole
20)Wigan-Bramble
1)Arsenal - (Almunia)
2)Aston Villa - (Agbonlahor/Young/Friedel)
3)Blackburn - (Warnock)
4)Bolton - (Samuel)
5)Chelsea - (Anelka)
6)Everton - (Howard/Jo)
7)Fulham - (Schwarzer)
8)Hull - (Turner)

18)West Brom - (Brunt)
19)West Ham - (Ilunga)
20)Wigan - (Bramble)
Anelka won the golden boot.
ARSENAL...Almunia or Alex Song-he has been a quiet constant for them this year.
VILLA...John Carew...finally settled at a club an looking like the striker he could be.
ROVERS....Robinson-looking like England material again/Roberts-looks like a Prem striker now.
BOLTON...Taylor-a no brainer!
CHELSEA...Anelka/Mikel....Both rose to the occasion in the absence of their "bigger"
counterparts - Drogs and Essien.
EVERTON...Jo...a loan player came to thePrem with a lot of hype but failed. Loan deal redeemed him. Also Pienaar...looking deadly now.
FULHAM...Murphy/Shwarzer....Murphy has really taken over from Bullard well and Shwarzer has been amazing...5th best keeper outside of the big 4 keepers on stats!!!
HULL - Turner/Myhill....easily the reason why Hull were doing so well early on...Geovanni should also get an honorable mention.
LIVERPOOL - Kuyt/Arbeloa/Benayoun - Kuyt is scoring again! Arbeloa quietly became the first choice left back and Benayoun showed his quality time and time again and why it is a travesty he is on the bench.
MAN CT...Ireland...another no-brainer!!!
MAN UTD....Tough call but I'd give it to Rafael Da Silva or Jonny Evans...both filled really big shoes when they had to.
BORO....Downing...he is a sick winger now!!!
NEWCASTLE...To be honest no-one really.
POMPEY...David Nugent. Complemented Crouch well.
STOKE...I think there entire team stepped up. But Fuller was vital though undisciplined and Shawcross and Whelan were revelations too.
SUNDERLAND...EASY CALL - CISSE....he has finally proven that he can score in the Prem after flopping in most other places he played.
SPURS...I'd give it to Woodgate...he's the one real defender they had all season. Lennon also deserves mention for keeping "what's his name again" on the bench..i think it's Benchly or Bentley or something like that.
WEST BROM...Late on they had a player called Brunt who really impressed...
WEST HAM....Carlton Cole for sure...he is actually scoring!! But Ilunga must also be picked out for consistency...
WIGAN....Another easy call....big Titus Bramble....in fact Wigan's backline was major in helping them to where they are now....
SUNDERLAND...EASY CALL - CISSE....he has finally proven that he can score in the Prem after flopping in most other places he played.
Cant agree with this one, Rhian. People were really excited at the prospect of Jones and Cisse together but Sunderland barely survived relegation this season and Jones and Cisse didnt score too many goals between them as well. They cant work together, that's their problem..or rather that is Cisse's problem. We've seen it in his career before. His problem is that he cant work together with his strike partner.
i reckon Owen to join Sunderland.

I think Bramble's improvement is down to Steve Bruce. Even Wigan fans were laughing in secret when this guy was bought but he has been one of Wigan's player of the year.

I'd Say Onouaha aswell for city he barely played last season this season he has held down the cb spot very well.
For Liverpool i'd say Benayoun.
Arsenal has to be Alex Song.
United gotta be Fletcher or possibly Rooney.
Mugglesborough........ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Well Brunt did impress....i'd like to see more of him in the top tier....
i hope Carson moves too. maybe to Bolton or Hull. since Jussi is getting old, why not replace him. Hull is wobbly at times and if they dont get good buys, they might sink in next season.
Gibbs (Arsenal)however song has improved a lot.
Young (Villa)
Robinson (Blackburn)
M. Davies (Bolton)or muamba
Essien (Chelsea)
Pienaar (Everton)
Hangeland (Fulham)

Collison (West Ham)
Bramble (Wigan)
(Arsenal) -- Arshavin
(Aston Villa) -- Young
(Blackburn) -- Keith Andrews
(Bolton) -- Muamba
(Chelsea) -- Di Santo even though he didn't play much, still improved
(Everton) -- def. Pienaar
(Fulham) -- Schwarzer
(Hull) -- Geovanni -- not Turner, he was the best, but not most improved
(Liverpool) -- Riera
(Man City) -- Ireland
(Man Utd) -- Evans
(Middlesbrough) -- yeah terrible season, no one improved, so I'll go with Tuncay
(Newcastle) -- Edgar
(Portsmouth) -- who else but Johnson?
(Stoke) -- Delap
(Sunderland) -- Stokes (at other clubs, though)
(Tottenham) -- Lennon
(West Brom) -- Koren
(West Ham) -- Savio
(Wigan) -- yeah, Bramble
Is this most improved from last season or over the course of the season. I'll put down both, the ones that improved from last season are listed first.

I never thought there'd come a day when I would wish that we had Titus Bramble back.
So Ahmed who would you say from Sunderland is most improved...
not Gordon
Malbranque, possibly. He hardly got a look at Spurs, was at around the top of the assist charts for a long time but, overall, had a better time at Sunderland than at Spurs.
defo Danny Collins, he was the Fans' Player of the Year and fan favourite at Sunderland with his consistently committed performances.
