Ahhhhhhh I just had to come to this thread. Nice of you to make a kind of 'tribute' to French football, vuhang, I just cant take this decline of France. He might not be the worst coach in football history, Brazi Boii, c'mon he took us to the WC final but still he has been given enough chances and Domenech HAS to be sacked now. France has so many ageing players in their team too....this would be my France squad based on current form:

Hatem Ben ArfaLooking at this team, the defence looks the weakest. Horaou's height is a major asset and, yes on current form, I would pick Hoarau over Benzema. Flamini has always done well for France but Vieira just doesnt seem to be able to last the whole 90mins these days. The subs bench is actually pretty strong, looking at it, with maybe Samir Nasri or Hatem Ben Arfa able to play the role of a pacy sub looking to capitalize on tired legs.

Yeah, Brazii, that's an overexaggeration.
I would have to say the very worst position is at CB, with Squillaci. But what to do?
Three man defence! A 3-4-3, so that Nasri can get in the first team too.

Mandanda should be kicked from French national team..
He played like shit..
France need to find a good "backup" CB for Squillaci or if not,France will be in deep deep trouble..mufan's utter lack of knowledge of English makes his joke all the funnier. Haha!!

Obviously he hasn't watched any ligue 1 play. I can say this with certainty, he is the best keeper in France! Maybe not top five in europe by others standards but in my book he could b great. The Mandana story is true. My editing buddy at Playboy, Will the Dummy Brummy, mumbles about that one all the time. I read somewhere that Domenech told Frey that he'd pick him if he stopped dying and streaking his hair. This kind of petty behavior is typical of Domenech.
