Disappointing, I thought he might want to end his career in Bayern. I doubt the aging Brazilan captain can adapt to Mourinho's squad. But as Centre-Back, his runs from deep is quite remarkable.

Well, he may be an old fart in football terms, but he's still better than Materazzi. Pace is less of an issue in the Scudetto and Lucio ought to be refreshed after so many seasons in the Bundesliga. Mourinho definitely seems to communicate well with Brazilian players, so I see no problem there. Still, if he ends up partnered with Ricki Carvalho, Inter are going to look slow in the ECC.

Twice as fast as Materazzi (not saying much) and won't get himself sent off half as much either. He's not that old at 31 still got a couple of seasons left in him. Without Carvalho imagine how slow a backline of him and Materazzi will be....

Almost all of them stay injured for the whole season, X. Chivu, Burdisso, Samuel were all injured for parts of last season. Dont blame Inter for signing a new CB...

Rivas is good, I like the way he plays. Materazzi should move if he wants to head butt another French player in the world

my opinion is dat inter is packed wif too much center defender....

burdisso
rivas
cordoba
chivu
and now lucioif would be betta if mourinho buy some betta wingers since they sold quaresma and mancini is bein regard as a flop...=x bein a mourinho fan i would prefer inter adopt mourinho's 4-3-3 formation...=)

samuel cordoba and chivu are good but they are getting on a bit now,especially the first 2.plus samuel seems to be pretty prone to serious injuries
