After tonight's games involving Inter and Roma, It has to be said that the Italian sides aren't all they're stacked up to be. Inter where well off the pace and were lucky to grab a draw. They look slow and sluggish and not like a team that has won 3 consecutive domestic titles.

As for Roma i was delighted and surprised to see they where physically outdone by Arsenal. Not to mention totally out run. There where 3 or 4 players that even went down with cramp.

So why are the world champs so far behind the English in fitness

so many bad things about inter.such as muntari 8O

we really should have went for the win tonight, and if rooney or tevez had come on earlier i think we would have won.but im confident we will finish the job at OT

as for roma, ill comment when i see them.they lost didnt they?

Julio Cesar was a rock for Inter tonight. Berbatov's timing was way out of synch with the rest of the team. Now let's see what what the Great One has to say for the next two weeks.

I STILL MISS NOBBY & BOBBY!!!

Bendtner is a horrible horrible player... not sure how many more chance Wenger can give him.. he's just not good enough.. Vela isn't completely ready so i guess his in because of a lack of experienced options but wow he missed some sitters... chances that adebayor would've slotted away while still distracted by the Roma fan flashing he boobs behind the goal to throw him off haha

but reli its time we ship bedtner out to some african league where he'll be like a giant next to the small players

I thought it evened out...ManU took the first half but Inter had the second.... and no-one could convert...that's all.

It should be a cracker in the return leg...

The kid at wing back for Inter....impressive for one so young to handle such a big game so well.

i dunno would you be right saying inter had the second half.they did improve(not hard) but we had some great chances too and still had a lot of possession

i saw this newspaper quote about last nights game concerning zlatan and ronaldo."ibrahomovic postured like a great player, ronaldo played like one".gotta say i agree

I saw only one real moment of brilliance from Ibra when he dummied the ball for Adriano to shoot and the Brazilian made a mess of it...good play.

the return leg should be good to watch although i can see it being more like a game of chess between 2 of the games great managers.inter will set out to spoil man u and hopefully nick a goal through a set piece, then try to shut up shop, although that is naver easy to do at old trafford and mourinho will no that.

I'm curious about all this prattle from Mourinho about a new referee. Normally EUFA assigns the same officials, right?

Inter rested some of the key players and even so they manage a great comeback.
You can't judge the teams after this game because both teams are focused on Champions League games.
