It is confirmed he is transffered mate.
No, mate, it's the English newspapers making things up. I looked up Felipe Melo on Google news and there's nothing about him moving to Juventus. I've only found anything like that in the Sun, but well, that's the Sun isnt it ? Everywhere else they're saying Arsenal are looking to use Eboue and Senderous in a swap deal with Melo.
Melo has that, like, "Keane" factor, He is the engine of the team, fights for every loose ball.
Univision says Fiorentina definitely prefer to do a deal with Wanker's Arse, but that Melo insists that he wants to stay in Italy and join Juventus,
theres nothing about it on the juve website so it mustnt have gone through
Yean, even Wikipedia, who didn't list Ronaldo as transferred until a couple of days ago, haven't said anything.
Marco Marchionni wants more money to leave Juve for Fiorentina in part exchange for Felipe Melo and they can't persuade Mauro Camoranesi to be part of a swap deal, either. Looks like the Arse will go for Blaise Matuidi instead!
he is set for Bangea.
Bangea?
my bad: Éver Banega
Jeremy Mathieu signs for Valencia. He is very fast for someone who is 6'3.
It surprises me that they're going for the 5'8" Banega. He's good, but he's no combative hard-man like Melo
hes more of an alonso style player.hes defintely not what arsenal need
What did I say:
After weeks of will-he-won't-he rumours and an attempted hijack of the deal by Arsenal, Felipe Melo is a Juventus player. The 26-year-old Brazilian has inked a 5-year deal with the Bianconeri after they agreed a suitable fee with Fiorentina.
Juventus have been in the market for another midfielder for some time, having already added Diego to their squad for next season, and were weighing up Felipe Melo before the Brazilian headed to South Africa for the Confederations Cup.
The move was held up while Fiorentina quibbled over a price, before Felipe Melo signed a new contract with the Viola that included a €25m release clause. Arsenal were thought to be close to meeting the price as the Old Lady looked at Gaetano D'Agostino, but Juventus threw Marco Marchionni into the equation and the Tuscan club were satisfied.
"I'm delighted to be with Juventus and I can't wait to start playing here," Melo told the club's official website. "I really believe in this squad, which has been strengthened and can compete with anyone for trophies domestically and in Europe."
The former Almeria man has cost Juventus around €20m plus winger Marco Marchionni, who is valued at around €4.5m. Melo played 29 times in Serie A for the Viola last year, impressing many with his tough-tackling performances and won his first cap for the Selecao in February against Italy.
Melo is now back in Brazil for a few days holiday, and will join up with his new team mates on July 22.
