Liverpool's youth system has turned to shit since Rafa got rid of Stevie Heighway. If he's good, he ought to go elsewhere.

Liverpool don't often sign unknown players who turn out to be stars. But it's a bit harsh to blame Rafa as preivously Rick Parry was in charge of all transfers including the young players bought in and it always took Rick too long to sign players. As shown with missing out on players like Malouda, Diaby and Vidic.
