did anyone else see him in action tonight against liverpool?very impressive,so comfortable on the ball.nice quick feet and has some good vision.caps it off with a screamer then.early days, but the lad could have a good future,he does have a bit of a battle at arsenal though, could be a couple of years before he really gets his chance to shine

Now now, I have a feeling Barca is going to get at Arsenal for poaching their little lad.

Does this mean Fabragas days are numbered?

Merida is a quality player with a sweet left foot but I think the start of the show was 18 year old Aaron Ramsey! He ran the game, was constantly invloved and was a contstant threat. He'll be the one to take over from Cesc Fabregas when he finally leaves.

I think you're forgetting Samir Nasri! He is the creative spark that will keep Arsenal's free-flowing football alive after Cesc. He may not be a natural playmaker like Fabregas but together with Arshavin they make a fearsome midfield.

After Cesc? It's not like their ages are so far apart.
