Its really frustrating to hear week after week that Rio Ferdinand is out due to a back problem. What the hell happened, he has suddenly become a lot more injury prone, has he become the new Ledley King? :|

sell him off to Real or Barca as soon as you can find a replacement if he is gonna turn to King.

Ferdinand, Terry and Carvalho are all showing their age. That's all! Ledley King doesn't even train, so it's not really comparable. You can't just talk about replacing them like it's dead simple. Not with the ridiculous dosh Shitty lay out for Lescott, who is mediocre. Look how long it took United to replace Stam. If Vidic is likely to fetch around 40M, the question becomes what would it cost to replace him?

There's not really many young CBs out there who could do the same job as Rio

to replace rio we would need to sign a mature defender, somewbody at least 27 years old,and in this market that means splashing out around 20m.so its pretty difficult
