As I may have mentioned before (or not), I'm from Timisoara, Romania.
As you may have heard (or not), the first leg played in Donetsk ended 2-2. I just came home from the game, the second leg ended 0-0, sending Timisoara into the fourth qualifying round, which guarantees a Europa League group spot.

Defeating (or rather advancing due to away goals) is the biggest achievement of my hometown club in it's whole history. The game was very very intense for the supporters, but it wasn't a really big deal on the field. The last 25-30 minutes were pure torture for me, but at the final whistle the stadium just exploded with cheers, hugs and happy faces. Our stadium has about 35000 places and I'll take a stab in the dark and say there were about 25000 fans.

After leaving the stadium, there was a special feeling in the air. People continued chanting on their way home and I'm sure this evening and this game will never be forgotten.

    Slavia Prague vs. Sheriff Tiraspol

As I may have mentioned before (or not), I'm from Prague, Czech Republic.
As you may have heard (or not), the first leg played in Moldova ended 0-0. I just came home from the game, the second leg ended 1-1 (after a feckin' 94th minute equaliser by Tiraspol), sending Slavia to the gallows after losing on away goals, which guarantees another year of depression for any Czech fan, following yesterday's Sparta defeat to Panathinaikos.

Losing (or rather failing due to away goals) is possibly the worst embarassment of my hometown club in its whole history. The game was very very intense for the supporters, as well as being a really big deal on the field. The last 25-30 minutes were pure torture for me, but at the final whistle the stadium committed mass suicide, filled with blood and lots of rope. Our stadium has about 12000 places and I'll take a stab in the dark and say there were about 14000 fans.

After leaving the stadium, there was an evil feeling in the air. People continued gouging out their eyeballs on their way home and I'm sure this evening and this game will never be forgotten.

See, we have a lot in common! :D

Hahahaha, that cracked me up. I'm sorry for Slavia, though.
