FACT: European teams win on European soil and South American Teams win elsewhere

    Noticed an interesting statistic and trend: European teams only win on European soil/venues for the World Cup, whereas Brazil and Argentina win all the others. This has held true for the past 12 World Cups, dating back to 1962. So does it stand to reason that either Brazil or Argentina will win the biggest prize in football next year? or will an upstart be waiting in the wings?

    Argentina FTW. Would make sense in Quaresma's terms, AND they just overall should.

    idk about argentina i was hoping that maradona would be a good coach but.....idk anymore plus their defence is aging, nd they werent that good to begin with

    With maradona Argentina will definitely not win the WC... probably Spain, Brazil, England and someone else will make the semis... Germany are always there in the fight...
