1-Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko has claimed Chelsea have spoken to his agent over a possible transfer.
The highly-rated Bosnian has been linked with a summer move away from Volkswagen Arena, with a number of sides credited with an interest in his services.
Dzeko, who has netted 25 Bundesliga goals this season, has suggested Chelsea have enquired about his services, although he would favour a move to Serie A.
"I know Chelsea want me and they have already spoken to my agent," said Dzeko in the Daily Mirror.
"But my dream is to play in Italy, with AC Milan or Juventus."
The 23-year-old Dzeko is under contract at Wolfsburg until the summer of 2011.

Chelsea have made contact with Independiente over Fabian Assmann, skysports.com understands.
The highly-rated 23-year-old is being tracked by a host of clubs, with interest from England very strong.
Arsenal, Everton, Wolves and Birmingham are amongst the clubs linked with Assman, who could reportedly move on loan with a view to a permanent deal.
But it is Chelsea who are seemingly leading the chase after they made contact with Assmann's club Independiente.
Chelsea are looking for a new number two to provide back-up for Petr Cech and Middlesbrough's Ross Turnbull is known to be high on their wanted list.
However, Assmann is another potential recruit and his British-based representative Barry McIntosh has confirmed their interest.
"We have been made aware that Chelsea have gone to the club and made contact," McIntosh told skysports.com.
