The Champions League starts next Tuesday and since the fantasy football leagues are going well, I thought we should have one just for the CL.

Magic11.com have set one up for us - here's how you can join:

1) Go to Magic11.com and sign up.
2) Once logged in, go to Community -> Private Leagues.
3) Use the 'Search' panel on the right to search for Soccerlens, you'll find the SL Champions League league there.
4) Join. You'll be asked for a password, enter 'soccerlensff'.

Hope to see there soon, and feedback on Magic11 itself is more than welcome.

Why the password for entering the league is 'soccerlensff'???Is '...ff' somekind linked to fosterfirst???

I assure you foster, you were far, far, far away from my thoughts You can sign up whenever, but the CL starts next Tuesday so it would be fun if you got in before then.

rhian - thanks for getting in. your name's on the list, you just need to pick your team for CL and if you want, pick your team for other leagues as well.

How do i do that...i identified my favorite team but i don't know if that's the team they'll use.

Hi,

I just signed up to soccerlens.com to be able to help you if you have any questions or difficulties with Magic11.com

Here is a short explanation to the "favorite team" issue:
You have to choose your favorite team during the registration.
The purpose of this chosen team is only to enter you to its fan club.
There is a Geo&Fan Clubs submenu under the Community menu, where you can check out which countries and teams has the most members / fans, etc...
If you chose Chelsea as your favorite team, then you will belong to the Chelsea fan club at the Geo&Fan Clubs submenu.

You managerial activities are totally independent from your chosen favorite team.
If you would like to pick a team in the CL, please log on, and then click on the logo of the CL in the header, and then you will be directed to your My Team page at CL.
Once you are there you can easily select 11 players into your team-area from the player market on the right.

Please don't hesitate asking if you have any further questions regarding the Magic11.com website.

I signed up smoothly, till they gave the code, I went back to my id, got the code, tried entering my password along with the id, it said wrong email id or password, tried entering the code in the password, still said the same...!

Hi,

I'm not sure what you did exactly, but here is how it should work:

1) You have to provide your email address and password when logging on
(not the manager name and password, or any other combination)

2) After the very first successful log in you get a screen where you have to provide two different codes:
a) the first code: it is activation code was sent out in the verification email
(simply copy the activation code out from the verification email, or click on the activation link in the verification email)

b) the second code: it is the captcha code that is a six letter code you can see on the screen.
(if cannot read it, simple click on it, and you get another six letter code - that may ready better)

That's all!

I think you may provided
- your manager name instead of your email address while logging in,
- or the activation code instead of your password - or vica-versa

Please read carefully the titles of the fields to make sure you provide the requested data.

Please let me know if you gave it another try.

I gave my id along with my password once and tried my email id along with the code..i didnt try the manager name...i'll try again in a sec and tell again..!

I reckon I've forgotten the manager name or accidentally typed in the wrong info coz I tried the 'Forgot Password' option and when I filled in the details, it said Invalid Info...!

Hi!

Help!!! I've registered. The system accepted by e-mail address and manager's name, but it has not sent me a verification e-mail to finish registering and enter a team. What can I do?

Hi,

I just sent you over the activation code you could use to verify your registration.

Unfortunately some of the email service providers blocking our emails sometimes, so we cannot do too much when the verification emails are not delivered.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any difficulties during the verification process.

Hi guys,

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions regarding Magic11.com.

Hopefully we managed to put @magic11.com email domain to white list at each of the email providers - so you all should receive the verification and other emails.
(if you use @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com - don't forget to check out the spam folder, and click on: "not spam" if you find the Magic11.com emails there.

So, the Champions League has started, but there is nothing to loose joining Magic11.com because you play with up to 12 leagues, and can win every third game weeks in each league.

Don't forget to submit your teams before the deadlines of this weekend.

You can also make your game more exciting and successful by purchasing a VIP subscription - check out its benefits at the VIP menu.
